Now we’re looking for a brilliant Business Intelligence Developer, working in our Business Support division based in Stockholm HQ.


As the BI Developer you will be working as an expert in developing well adopted and visually striking reports that will not only service business needs but utilize reusable components that we can offer as part of a self-service first strategy.  You will work within the BI team alongside data analysts to develop content that aligns across business processes from Sales, Logistics and Finance.  You will also work closely with our data engineers to define what our reporting layer should be in the data warehouse.

Our BI technology platform is Tableau where we use both cloud and desktop versions. The BI team focuses on delivering solutions that meets the requirements for global reporting and the main stakeholders are everyone at Daniel Wellington.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing striking report content that is well adopted by the business
  • Use Tableau in an optimal way striking a balance between tactical and good practices
  • Continuously analyze and improve our reporting portfolio
  • Ensure accuracy and quality on what we share with the business
  • Support core business processes through our BI solutions

  • Understand the value of good visual design and what types of visualizations best suit the type of data and business process
  • Focus on user adoption and constantly look for improvements on how content is being interacted with
  • Have strong SQL and data modelling experience


  • Enjoy taking own initiative and finding solutions to obvious and hidden problems without being asked
  • Question what already exists and have a critical eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. English is a must.
  • Strong business drive and technical understanding
