We are looking for a brilliant Product Owner for our Operations (Supply Chain and Logistics) products to our Business Support division within our Business Technology (IT) department. Are you a business-driven Product Owner with experience from working in IT departments and looking to join a fast moving, innovative and entrepreneurial team? You might be the one we are looking for! 


As a Product Owner at Business Support your main area of responsibility will be defining functionality and prioritizing the team backlog while maintaining the conceptual and technical knowledge of the products that are being identified, developed and maintained for our Operations department, and proactively handling and prioritizing new functionality 

We see that you have strong Stakeholder Management skills where you will be the single point of contact from IT towards our Operations department.  

You will be handling different products towards our Operations department, including the system we use to track and trace our productsprinting solution of labels and  product information management (PIM). 

You will be the one working close with the development teams and  collaborate  with the other products owners, IT architects etc. to secure and prioritize the development needed for your products to ensure that our platforms adhere to industry best practices. You will also be in close collaboration with our 3PL and our own warehouses to improve processes and integrations. 

You'll also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organization’s needs.

  • Can lead a team of application specialists to maintain and identify processes and workflows within your products 


To succeed in this role, we believe that the following background is required.   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer ScienceEngineering 
  • 4+ years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role 
  • Experience from working with products and processes within Supply Chain and Logistics, preferably within retail sector and/or online commerce
  • Experience in Product/Catalogue Information Management (PIM) is a plus 
  • Experience with external vendor negotiation, cooperation and contractual follow-up.  
  • Experience of Agile processes and been working close with development teams.  
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
