We are seeking a Logistics Develop Manager to join our team in London. You will be a part of a global team, with great colleagues across Europe, US and Asia. This will be your opportunity to build something from scratch and take ownership of our new 3PL warehouse outside of London. Our UK office in based in an WeWork office in Hoxton where you will work together with a team of 12 people in a very inspiring and entrepreneurial environment! We hope that your aim is to be in the forefront of developing the logistic department and doing that together with us. Join our movement!


You will provide the quickest and most cost-effective delivery methods and solutions with the highest industry standards, while maintaining daily communication with our internal team and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include inbound logistics and transportation, import and export, information and instructions to the warehouses, support in demand planning/forecasting, and additional administrative support detail.  Your challenge will also be: 

  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to properly manage inventory levels against demand. 
  • Closely monitor our stock levels to support proper balance of inventory, planning and replenishment
  • Support marketing campaigns and launches of new products to meet ship dates while avoiding out of stocks  
  • Solving shipping issues, both domestic and international including customs documentation
  • Travelling to meet with our partners will be a part of your role


  • Awesome at building strong relationships
  • Love the combination of strategic and hands-on work
  • Have good knowledge of the logistics industry and experience of working with warehouse operation and transports
  • Knowledge of IT & logistics related to retail and e-commerce
  • Extensive experience of running projects
  • Experience of working with ERP systems and/or WMS systems, preferable NAV
