Our stores are our main point of contact with our customers. As we continue building our global movement we’re looking to add a strong sales leader who can create an engaged, personal and fun environment for sales staff and customers alike. 


Take the Brussels store to excellence. We want you to give it your all, together with a strong team, and show other stores in the DW world what is possible to do in retail in this day and age. 

We see that you’re a person who will bring a great mindset where sales development and continuous learning will be in focus. To foster innovation and creativity on an everyday basis in the team, and through that drive a lot of sales in the store. You have previous experience as a Store Manager which means that you understand and are good at handling the daily routine in a retail store. You’re someone who is capable of driving success even with a wide range of responsibilities. 


You are surprisingly good at managing your priorities, continuously improving everything you do, while focusing on your team’s growth. You have strong self-leadership, organizational and social skills, as well as tactical thinking and a creative mind.

  • You have previous experience of working with store management
  • Experience in building strong sales teams
  • You absolutely love to work with people 
  • Leading others comes natural to you 
  • And, if you wanted, you could sell “sand in the desert”

The store is of course open six days a week, so you need to be able to handle a flexible schedule in line with the business.  Is this your next challenge?
