YOUR CHALLENGE

In this role, you will be working high and low contributing to our organization’s entire security posture including putting together the strategies, programs, policies, and procedures to protect the organization’s digital assets (both internal and external), from information to infrastructure and more. This require that you possess a great understanding of the business processes, technical skills and understand how the technologies support our business. You will still be hands on working with secury incidents, work closely towards developers and cloud security.  You will take a leading role coaching the team, consisting of 2 people, and the organisation in technical decisions. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow within different cloud environments, mainly AWS services and serverless.

  • Constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information
  • Are openminded about working with different platforms. 
  • Translate that knowledge to identification of risks and actionable plans to protect the business
  • Make sure that cyber security policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced
  • Provide training and mentoring to security team members and to developers within the organization
  • Communicate and motivate best practices and risks to all parts of the business, outside IT
  • Review and approve security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning
  • Take a leading role in incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities
  • Experience within scripting and programming and pen testing
  • Security related qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, C-RISC is nice to have
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
