We are growing rapidly and are now searching for someone that would like to grow together with us as a Marketing Analyst to further strengthen our focus on data-driven decision making across the organization.


In this position you will report to our General Manager. You will be responsible for Marketing area for your local market and your daily job is about understanding our market dynamics and competitive landscape better than anyone else, but also to embed data-driven decision making in all marketing processes and projects. You will also be involved in developing and implementing our marketing and advertising campaigns both for our Retail and Wholesale channels. This is an innovative role where you get to use your communication and analytical skills and passion to drive sales and build a world class brand together with us.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • Tracking of Influencers’ codes usage in the stores
  • Monthly analysis of codes usage in stores and communication of analysis to the Retail Manager
  • Organization of store openings and B2C Events
  • Coordinating suppliers and get better quotations
  • Analysis of the ROI of the Events
  • CRM analysis
  • Research, organize, implement and analyse special activities in stores in cooperation with the Retail Manager
  • Communicate, coordinate and analyse campaigns in stores
  • Support MCom team for local activities
  • Keep track of local trends and alert on competitors moves


  • You should have experience in working with data analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is key
  • Experience with analysis tools, open source or commercially available libraries and toolsets
  • Interested in playing with data to arrive at new insights
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Staying on top of social media trends
  • Be familiar with local culture
  • Great time management and organizational skills and ability to work towards goals and deadlines
  • Result-driven and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
