The growth of Daniel Wellington is large, and the speed of change is high. The company is expanding rapidly and the need for further development, higher efficiency and smarter solutions is growing. Therefore, we’re now looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to help us engage the world! 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

As a Project Manager in Operations you will work in the front line to drive the company's future development. You work together with the business, analyzing and defining requirements to find solutions and prioritize development. As Project Manager, you will play an important role within Operations. You are responsible for whole projects, solutions and systems – from planning, execution to managing teams and stakeholders. The projects vary in range and size and could be everything from smaller implementations to a roll out of an IT system.

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Plan and execute small to large projects
  • Maintain and develop current IT solutions for Supply Chain
  • Support Supply Chain with current/future/ideal state analysis
  • Proactively identify and suggest development needs
  • Support the organization with processes and best practice

WHO YOU ARE

You have a genuine interest in analyzing and structuring information to understand the business with a high will-power and determination to achieve goals. We see that you have an ability take full ownership from day one, and with excellent self-leadership skills you see what needs to be done, and you do it. You possess a “can-do” and “nothing is impossible” attitude along with an excellent ability to adapt and work in an international environment and setting. You are a highly motivated, driven and detail-oriented person, willing to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have past experience working with different stakeholders both on the business and the technical side.

We also see that you have:

  • MSc degree in Engineering/Economics or another relevant field.  
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of project/development in Supply Chain in a global organization.
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment and to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is important for this job as your colleagues are spread across the world.
  • Great knowledge in Excel is a must while SQL and commercial experience is a plus.
