We’re now looking for a person to lead our global customer service department. Together with the global team, you will be responsible for curating world-class customer service in the channel of our customer’s choosing – be it over the phone, live chat, e-mail, or in-store. We strive to build something extraordinary in this field. And this is where you come in. You will get the opportunity to drive and develop our customer experience, this together with a highly engaged organization. 

The global customer service team today consists of 130+ CS talents outspread across 11 locations, providing our customers with localized service. In this role, you will have a global function responsibility and work closely with five regional Customer Service Managers and stakeholders in other departments.

•    You have worked with customer service for 10+ years and managed global functions
•    You are digital savvy and have a view of how tech is impacting the CS area
•    You love work where you get a mix between hands-on and strategic work
•    You are a true leader who understands the needs of a high performing team and experience of creating just that
•    You embrace and love challenges
•    You enjoy working in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
•    You are rich in ideas, have a growth mindset and are willing to try an experiment
•    You can travel for work when needed
•    You are fluent in English
