Daniel Wellington is expanding rapidly and the need to further develop our Supply Chain department with higher efficiency and smarter solutions are increasing. One of our employees is moving into a new role as a parent (!) and we are now looking for someone to help us during a period of 13 months, starting in September this year. This temporary position will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment together with a team of highly skilled and dedicated people. You will work in the front line to drive the DW's future development within Supply Chain.

YOUR CHALLENGE

You will play an important role by supporting Operations with important analyzes and insight and be responsible for the whole analysis, from beginning to end. You will be a part of the Operations team based in Stockholm and report to the Supply Chain Development Manager.

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Monthly collect and compile the global logistics cost, draw conclusions and drive improvements
  • Monthly collect and compile supply chain KPIs and continuously develop new KPIs
  • Review recommended retail prices with business controllers globally
  • Update prices in our ERP system and update our master price list
  • Support the organization with logistics costs for business cases and similar

 WHO YOU ARE

You have a strong reporting/analytical background and a passion for data. You also have a demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from analyses and the ability to communicate them in an understandable manner. You’ll be given plenty of responsibility from day one and with excellent self-leadership skills, you demonstrate a “can-do” and “nothing is impossible” attitude. You are a highly motivated, driven and detail-oriented person, willing to make a difference.

We also see that you have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Economics/ or other relevant fields
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience from controlling / data analyst in a global organization
  • Excellent skills in Excel and experience with SQL is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is important for this job as your colleagues are spread across the world
