We are now looking for a UX Designer to join our UX Team based at our beautiful Stockholm HQ.  

YOUR CHALLENGE 

Within the Daniel Wellington UX Team you’ll get the opportunity to work on global products and not only shape what we do, but also how we do it. Our mission is simple, to be the voice of our customers, globally, and to amplify them, their wants and needs, across all areas of the business. This role is positioned across our customer facing product teams where you’ll be challenged in creating best in class experiences across DanielWellington.com. 

 To do this we’ll expect you to:  

  • Design with data and validate against our global user base at every step, to deliver elegant, user-centred design solutions. 
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, developers and stakeholders, to get to the heart of the problem and solve user needs through creating journey maps, sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes. 
  • Run design studios, feedback sessions and present proposals to a variety of stakeholders.  
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design system, principles and guidelines that gel all our products together. 
  • Champion UX throughout the company to inspire others to put users first in their day-to-day work

WHO YOU ARE 

  • You have an online portfolio or PDF demonstrating design thinking. 
  • You have a minimum of 4 years agency or in-house experience (ecommerce a bonus) as a UX Designeror similar field.  
  • Have a solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, quantitative and qualitative research methods and agile processes.  
  • You have an understanding of speed and performancand the impact it has on user experience.  
  • You’re a driven, passionate self-starter that enjoys taking the initiative to find solutions to obvious and hidden problems without being asked.  
  • You have a growth mindset; you are nimble, able to adapt to change and not afraid to take risks.  
  • You’re inclusive in your way of working and designing, with a good understanding of accessible design principles.  
  • You’re not afraid to speak up and suggest new ways of working. 
  • You speak English proficiently (Swedish a bonus).
