As our Office & Event Assistant you will be one of our most important ambassadors. As you will be working in the reception, you will be the first person our external visitors meet and the person our employees turns to in any situation, high and low. We want you to make this role your own and take full ownership for the office and its responsibilities. Your key role will be to inspire and engage your colleagues, by creativity ease their everyday work life. You will work closely with and report to our Office Manager.

You’ll be learning new things and tackling new projects each day. You must be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment and enjoy having a lot of variance in your work. Going from serving breakfast, handling the reception, improving the office space, to taking care of and planning different kind of events (monthly AWs, yearly celebrations, weekly fikas etc.)


You have a passion for wowing people in everything you do, not afraid to get your hands dirty (literally) and put the experience in the front seat. There’s no doubt that in this role, you’ll need to come in with strong problem solving abilities, and care deeply about handling people-centric problems. Others would describe you as the ‘go to person’ who has an eye for details and are structured yet flexible. 

We believe that you have:

  • Around 1-3 years of experience from similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Event planning experience
  • Great communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Swedish
  • Like to keep your surroundings clean and are 100% prestigeless - not afraid to do dishes and other simpler everyday duties 
  • Know and understands the physical work environment requirements
  • Curious about people and what makes them tick
  • Comfortable with budget 
  • Bring people together
  • Know how to have fun
