We’re pleased with what we’ve created in e-commerce, but our aim is to be the best. This means we’re now looking for an inspiring and innovative person to take global lead on our E-com business. We strive to build something extraordinary in modern retail and you will be an important piece to the puzzle. You will get the opportunity to drive and develop our future retail as you will be a part of the team we call “Retail Heart”. Their aim is to develop and innovate our global retail business through propelling Harmonized retail strategies.

 The global e-com team is outspread in our five different regions and local markets depending on market size and importance. They are all working with perfecting our online business. In this role, you will have a global function-responsibility and work closely with the five regional e-commerce Managers.


  • Together with a globally outspread team, you will be responsible for curating world-class e-commerce in the channel of our customer’s choosing
  • Create a vision and strategy for our e-commerce experience, identifying opportunities that will allow our customers' experiences with us to be fantastic and frictionless
  • Ensuring that danielwellington.com stands out in the e-com world
  • Optimizing our digital landscape to fit global and local campaigns and customer needs
  • Ultimately responsible for delivering experiences that drive revenue, conversion, retention, and customer engagement from a global perspective (the right KPI’s) in close co-operation with local e-commerce managers
  • Partner with the data team to define measurable metrics of success for the e-commerce Product Management team, and drive accountability through KPI’s
  • Partner with Customer Experience and UX Research to understand our customers and their needs to create personas, prototype products, and test ideas with existing and new customers
  • Creating and executing business development initiatives in collaboration with offline retail, marketing, logistics, customer service and IT
  • Working in close collaboration with online marketing for traffic acquisition and e-mail marketing etc.

  • Experience from working with a global consumer brand
  • You are a modern leader who understands the need of high performing teams, and have experience of creating just that
  • You love what you do, are data-savvy, and always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends
  • You think holistically about the customer journey, from our website, to retail stores, and beyond
  • You love work where you get a mix between hands-on and strategic work
  • You embody the agile philosophy, always iterating and improving on the process and not just adhering to the ceremony
  • You are curious and rich in ideas, have a growth mindset and are willing to try an experiment
  • You can travel for work whenever needed
  • You are fluent in English, and hopefully some more languages
