We're now looking for a Field Wholesale Representative. This will be an opportunity for you with a passion for sales and with an eye for detail. You love beautiful things and to change the game, it will be up to you to make sure that the stores and the sales staff are truly up to the brand image. You will be travelling the UK & Irish Stores Visual Merchandising and generating sales within the wholesale business. 

The job of a Wholesale Representative within Daniel Wellington is to implement, drive and develop visual merchandising standards within retail stores in designated areas, highlighting commercial visual merchandising opportunities for the retail stores which are in line with the brand strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Cooperate with our Wholesale Manager UK/IR at our London Office.
  • Responsible for training all sales staff and representatives within Daniel Wellington and make sure they get adequate training, development and coaching to optimise sales and service within our brand guidelines
  • Making sure all stores comply and use optimised store concept, our latest and current campaign materials and product displays
  • Visit all of our point of sales within your area of responsibility
  • Work with our independent Accounts across UK and Ireland generating Sales for Daniel Wellington
  • Account Management with our Independent retailers, building great relationships and partnerships.
  • Based on your amazing planning skills you will continuously visit your wholesale partners and make sure we reach our sales goals and have a best-case standard of how to look in-store
  • Maximise sales opportunities throughout the wholesale channel and act as a DW brand ambassador

 


WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT
You are amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple stakeholders in different departments and different areas of your defined region. You have strong self-leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and a creative mind. You get things done. 

  • Previous experience working with retail and training
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Fluency English both written and verbal is a must
  • The ability to travel as needed – driving licence is a must
  • Proven ability to drive business initiatives
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in wholesale partnerships
