We’re looking for someone who will take our email marketing to the next level! 

As Email Marketing Specialist your mission will be to use the email marketing channel to increase loyalty by driving existing customers to become repeated customers and convert subscribers into customers.Your job will be to work with analysis and segmentation turning it to action by creating customized email communication and campaigns. Continuously optimizing results, taking full advantage of automation and deep customer insights. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Collaborate with Marketing Commerceteams, andEcommerce Managers to align newsletters and campaign emails with the overall communication calendar 
  • Responsible for creating and executing email marketing activities to increase conversion and repeat purchases  
  • Coordinate and request creative assets needed 
  • Improve and create personalized automated email workflows around the customer journey 
  • List and segment creation to give the right subscriber the right content 
  • Continuously test, follow up, analyze andreport on email marketingKPI:stooptimize the flow of our email marketing
  • Identify opportunities and together with stakeholders define requirements to develop best practice within email marketing 

WHAT YOU KNOW 

Need to have:  

  • 1-2 years of experience working with email marketing 
  • Agreatcommercial mindset andinterest for ecommerceand CRM  
  • Interest in working with data such as email engagement metrics and Google Analytics 
  • Aneye for details

Goodtohave: 

  • Experience with working in Google AnalyticsAdobe Photoshop, Bronto 
  • Knowledge of HTML code 
  • Meritorious with experience working with CRM system
