We are searching for someone that would like to grow together with us as a Global Web Analyst to further strengthen our focus on data-driven decision making across the organization. This key role will report to Global Head of Online Operations and work close with other Web Analysts and stakeholders across the globe. The role is based in our Stockholm office.

WHO YOU ARE 

You are a proactive and result-oriented person with great skills in analyzing online customer behavior. You are an expert in Google Analytics and Data Studio and know how to visualize data to make it relevant, as well as translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. You have a growth mindset with good understanding of e-commerce and retail.

A part from that you are a great communicator (in English) both verbally and in writing, and a true team player who support all team members with the relevant data insights for their projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Global Web Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to provide the organization with customer behavior analysis and insights. 

You will:

  • Set up customized reports in Google Analytics based on overall objectives, insights and trends you identify 
  • Create dashboards in Google Data Studio to visualize the outcome and reports for sales and campaign performance
  • Analyze and communicate the outcome and recommendations of your analysis to different stakeholders within the organization
  • Be working closely with other analysts within the global organization to create full funnel measurement e.g. campaign success with relevant KPIs and metrics

WHAT YOU KNOW

Need to have: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with web analytics
  • Extensive experience within Google Analytics and Data studio 
  • A great analytical mindset and interest for e-commerce
  • Big interest for web analysis and customer behaviour

Good to have: 

  • Experience with working in Google Tag Manager 
  • Knowledge of data layer functionality
