We have an exciting opportunity for a Web Analyst to join us in our adventure to leverage cutting-edge technologies to become the world’s leading accessory brand

The Web Analyst plays a critical role in providing the eCom team with decision support through strategic interpretation of data and creation of insights. This in turn is to ensure we always stay ahead of the curve in developing winning customer experiences that maximizes web sales, profitability and growth.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Identify and manage key conversion paths, determining the most important KPIs to track and setting benchmarks, to accurately assess the efficiency of eCom products and initiatives
  • Monitor, analyse and report website sales performance across multiple jurisdictions, by understanding the interaction of relevant KPIs
  • Proactively work with delivery team(s) to identify areas of improvement and optimize each conversion path
  • Identify and track emerging trends, opportunities and threats within the eCom domain, using data to deliver actionable insights to maximize conversion
  • Build hypothesis based on data insights and manage a correlating A/B testing roadmap to validate assumptions made
  • Set and manage tracking requirements of products/initiatives and provide regular post-delivery performance analysis to the business
  • Serve as subject matter expert for web analytics usage and proactively disseminate insights/knowledge across the business
  • Develop and improve web analytics capability incl. driving integration of GA data into Business Intelligence eco-system

WHO YOU ARE

  • Analytical at heart, naturally curious and keen to find trends, patterns and true answers to maximize performance
  •  Solid experience in web/data analysis, comfortable with different data sets and understanding performance drivers
  • Deep understanding of how digital data is captured (tagging, GTM, debugging) and prior A/B test experience
  • Fluent in web/data analysis and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong communicator and influencing skills with proven track-record of driving through winning recommendations
  • Preference for a degree in a relevant field or experience gained in data analytics
  • Preference for online retail/e-commerce experience
  • English is a must; Swedish is a plus
